Getting there
Access routes
- Japan Road at the south gate (Road-A, 100 ft). The plan shows Japan Road leading west to Rawalpindi and east to Kahuta[1].
- To the north-east, the plan marks Main Boulevard (and the road north of Block H) 'To Gulberg', meaning the IBECHS Gulberg schemes[1]. In May 2025 OPF's Managing Director said the approach road was being developed in coordination with IBECHS[4].
- A Zameen agent listing says access is through Gulberg Greens. This is the agent's claim, not an official statement[5].
Recent news
Status updates
- May 2025: OPF handed over possession of completed country homes in Zone-V to allottees. It also said it was working on the approach road and a 407-kanal litigation area[4].
- Nov 2025: Media reported that roads, streetlights and other development work were still incomplete. The OPF MD visited the site and ordered the pending work to be finished[6].
